/&gt;My exercises are going well. Felt muscle pain for only 4-5 days, but after that, my body got used to the exercises. Like the trainers say, &lt;strong&gt;no pain-&gt;no muscle&lt;/strong&gt;. I do 12-13 exercises per day and take 25-35 minutes for all of them. I do&lt;strong&gt; 3 sets&lt;/strong&gt; per exercise and do &lt;strong&gt;20 reps&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;You can start new exercises at week 2, like for example, double crunches and diver bomb pushups. If your feeling &lt;strong&gt;back pains&lt;/strong&gt; and &lt;strong&gt;muscle stings&lt;/strong&gt;, then i suggest you should &lt;strong&gt;reduce the number of reps&lt;/strong&gt; your doing and maybe the number of exercises if so.
